BG founded Cumara Consulting to bring together the exceptional talent she has collaborated with over her 20+ years in marketing. With a diverse background spanning account management, marketing strategy, video production, and content marketing, BG is uniquely positioned to understand what drives success and how to assemble the right team to deliver projects that exceed her clients' expectations.

BG’s marketing career began at Hill Holliday, where she worked in account management on major brands such as Bank of America and CVS/pharmacy. Her passion for travel led her to ISM, where she focused on the travel and leisure sectors, working with high-profile clients like the Barbados Tourism Authority and Mayakoba Resort in Riviera Maya, where she played a key role in branding and launching the resort.

As a founding partner of Copper Hound Pictures, BG and her team specialized in healthcare and education, producing websites, videos, and photography for leading healthcare organizations like Mass General and Lahey Health and top institutions, including The Fletcher School at Tufts University, The Fenn School, and Bridgewater State University.

BG later transitioned to the corporate side as Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she successfully built the hospital’s local and regional reputation, driving increased visits across five major service lines and strengthening its network and community health efforts.

Her passion for storytelling and video production eventually led her back to the agency world, where she now leads the Fearless video team at Haystack Needle in New York City, focusing on financial clients all over the globe.
